- Special Group Rates are available for Registered Participants of ASCA 2019 only
- Please book your rooms using the Reservation Link on the registration website
- Reservation Link will close on 1 March 2019 or until rooms are sold out (whichever earlier)
- Please provide your credit card details to secure your reservation
- Payment for your room will be made on arrival when you check in to the hotel
Charges for cancellation, no-show and early departure will apply from 5 March 2019:
- Cancellation : Any cancellation of reservation will merit a cancellation fee equivalent to the entire duration of stay and shall be immediately charged to the credit card of guest
- No-show : Guest no-show will similarly be subjected to a fee equivalent to the entire duration of stay and shall be immediately charged to the credit card of guest
- Early departure : Guest is expected to pay for fee equivalent to the entire duration of stay reserved even if they decide to check out earlier than their reserved date
- Fee equivalent to the entire duration of stay is calculated based on 100% of room rate multiplied by number of reserved nights
